Every session ends in a receipt: what was practiced, where it broke down, what to reteach. You decide how much help the tutor gives, one assignment at a time.

Click a student: doing well, needs help with, and what they use the tutor for, assembled from their session receipts.

Sessions that look like answer-fishing land in a private review queue. Opening a flagged excerpt is logged, every time.

Set a course default, then override it per assignment. Enforced on the server for every message.

"What should I reteach before the unit test?" The class assistant answers from assignment data and session patterns, using summaries only.

Pick one for the course, then adjust any assignment.
| Level | What the tutor does |
|---|---|
| Open | Explains anything fully, including complete worked solutions on practice material. |
| Guided (recommended) | Generous explanations and worked examples, and never finished essays, homework answers or take-home solutions. |
| Socratic | Leads with questions and hints, and reveals steps only after the student attempts them. |
Lock down a take-home essay and open up review week. For any assignment you can allow or block brainstorming, outline help, feedback on drafts, writing full text, and answers to graded work.
Each receipt records the topic of the session, what the student did well, where they struggled and what may need reteaching, written without quoting the student. If a session is flagged and you open an excerpt, the unlock is recorded on the receipt.
Send a practice set, review session or warm-up to the class from the teacher console, and see who has started it.
